We know that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your 3D diamond painting accessory arrived damaged or with a small defect, don't worry! We're here to fix it 💖
🚨 What do we cover?
If your product arrived:

You have 3 days from the date of receipt to notify us!
📦 What do we need?
The product to be returned as it arrived: unused, complete, and with care. This way, we can check it and offer you the best solution ✨
💰 And then what?
You get to choose:
- Full refund, directly to your payment method.
- Coupon for your next purchase, so you can keep diamond painting happily 🖌️
🚚 Who pays for shipping?
We cover it 🙌 If it was our mistake, we take care of everything.
📨 How do I do it?
It's very easy. Just write to us with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the product and the issue.
- A brief summary of what happened.
⚖️ Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, without needing to provide explanations.
To do so, you just need to write to us communicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Once the return is requested, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to send us the product.
✅ Return conditions
To accept the return:
The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
It must retain its original packaging, whenever possible.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless it is an order error or a defective product.
Once we receive the product and verify everything is correct, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
🚚 Product damaged during transport
If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition due to transport, please write to us as soon as possible (preferably within the first 48 hours after receipt) and include photographs of the product and packaging.
This way, we can manage the incident with the transport company and offer you a replacement of the product or the most suitable solution.
🆘 Order error
If you have received an incorrect product or an item is missing, please contact us and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
In these cases, Glitter Kaiju will cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the problem.
❗Exceptions
As established by current regulations, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Customized products or products made to order according to customer specifications.
Opened or used products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
